About Us
My name is Robin O'Brien and I am the founder of Help @ Home Senior Care, a caregiver myself, as well as a CSA, Certified Senior Advisor. I received this special designation to learn more about the things that are important to seniors- physically, mentally, socially, and financially. After graduating from Grand Valley State University, I obtained a teaching degree and was an early elementary teacher before having children. Now that my children are in school full-time, I decided to make caring for seniors a second career. My passion for seniors started with a "seed" that was planted many years ago when I had the privilege of enjoying special times with my late grandma. I always knew that, if an opportunity arose, I'd love to be able to work with and care for seniors. Many seniors who still enjoy the comforts of home could use a helping hand, a ride to appointments, a shopping companion, or someone to help with chores or errands. If you are a senior living in West Michigan, Help @ Home Senior Care, LLC, would love to fill that need.
